Khatira Afzal was born in Kabul Afghanistan in 1994. She finished her primary education in Pakistan. Then she moved to Afghanistan in 2005 and continued her school at Bibi Serwary Sangary High School. She started her higher education in Civil Engineering, and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ms. Afzal has many years of experience in the private sector and in the field of education.. She moved to Dubai in 2020 and became a school manager in the refugee camp. She moved to the USA in 2022 and became a Case Manager at LCSNW (Lutheran Community Services), at the same time she is studying Family and Human Services at PCC.
