Mohammad Yaser Ikram is from East Afghanistan, Nangarhar Province. Mr. Ikram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has served in a variety of posts including as Operations Officer with CARE International Afghanistan for 3 years, as IT officer in Provincial finance office for 2 years; Finance officer for 3 years with Citadel Group of companies Culture Advisor for 3 years with Civil Affairs USA in Paktika province. Currently Lead Workforce Specialist in IRCO (immigration and Refugee Community Organization)
